laast night, i went crazycrazycrazy, on the internet.. first i had a nap, because i was really tired, tonight my plan is to get back into a normal sleeping pattern (and make more pom poms obviously). I forgot how much i loved japanesestreets.com, it was my OBCESSION from the age of 13-15, it literally took over my harddrive, school files and bedroom walls.. and then i got angry at their watermarking of pictures (which they didn't used to do) i think i'm over it now, which is good/bad. good because i've rediscovered it, bad because i will probably spend copious amounts of time on it instead of doing anything else. I also bought some more dress patterns on ebay for my sewing class, woo.

i have to go and get ready for work now though, which will be inevitably, horribly , mind numbingly BORING because it's a sunday and there will be about 6 customers all day. oh woes.

pom pom pom pom pom

Temporary hiatus of actual photographs, as my camera has gotten a life of its own and refuses to turn off when i turn it off and instead it just buzzes annoyingly for a while and moves its lens in and out like 4 times not actually turning off unless i take the battery out. I'd say it seems a bit possessed but thats slightly far fetched and nothing in its right mind would possess a camera. It's being sent away to get fixed anyway (3 year warrenty- oh yeah!), in the meanwhile I will hopefully get hold of my dad/boyfriends/mums camera. (thankyouboyfriend)


As for the lack of posts recently, I've been too busy cursing at said camera and getting back into the tech-early morning- working ritual after a laaaazy christmas. Most of my time since I came back has been taken over by pom poms made out of VCR insides, oh the gore!


This is what I look like today..half of my face, my tv staticesque jumper and my big red earring anyway. My jumpers inside out, but it looks nicer that way- the other side is the same just a lighter shade of grey. It's so so comfy I've been wearing it for the last 3 days...so em yeah, it is seriously time to take it off. I promise I will tomorrow.






Here are pictures of the dress I mentioned in my last post! It's so gorgeouss! Pictures really dont do it justice at all. It was 3 pounds, and I only realized when I got it home that it's seriously (or so i assume) vintage Topshop!
I also got this for 2pounds, happy happy.

Bon nuit anyway, I'm off to do some more work, aka break open tapes and scoop out their glossy black insides. X

i really hate posing for photos!


the photo above is nothing to do with what i did today because i was working all day. but i just like the photo, its from an exhibition i went to a while ago. the video is of plastic-y dissolve-y materials.

today i worked all day : ( and then went looking around charity shops. i found a really amazing gold dress that i put on hold til monday, hurrah!

daydream

today i'm improvising with my laptop cam cause i realized i left my USB lead at home, oops oops oops, oh well. im wearing a silk top my mum gave me, a petticoat my granny gave me and a cardigan that i bought in marks and spencers.

in other exciting news celebrity big brother is back, woes. here are some nice dreamy photos to distract everyone from davina mccall and the rest of the big brother thugs.
